Product Warranty Policy

Please review the following warranty policy regarding DENBA products.

1. Products Purchased from Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from sellers other than authorized DENBA distributors or dealers are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

To verify warranty eligibility, we may request proof of purchase (such as an official receipt) issued by an authorized dealer.

Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we will be unable to offer repair services, whether under warranty or as a paid repair service.

2. Products Purchased Through E-commerce or Marketplace Websites

We have identified individuals and businesses selling DENBA products on online marketplaces such as Mercari and Amazon while claiming to provide manufacturer warranties.

Authorized DENBA distributors receive training from DENBA JAPAN regarding proper product usage, accurate product explanations, and appropriate product management. In addition, except for certain designated products, DENBA products are not authorized for online sales.

Therefore, products purchased from unauthorized online sellers or resellers are not eligible for warranty service or any other customer support, as we cannot verify the product’s authenticity, storage conditions, or quality.

3. Warranty for Transferred or Resold Products

The manufacturer’s warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Products that have been transferred or resold to another person, whether free of charge or for a fee, are not covered under the warranty, even if the original warranty period has not expired.

However, exceptions may be considered for family members living in the same household as the original purchaser or family members who maintain the same household finances despite living separately. Please contact us to discuss your individual circumstances.

4. Changes to the Warranty Policy

DENBA JAPAN reserves the right to modify this warranty policy without prior notice.

If there is any discrepancy between the warranty booklet included with your product and the warranty policy published on this website, the policy on this website shall prevail.
