What is DENBA technology?
It is a patented technology that helps preserve food freshness by continuously vibrating water molecules 360° within a unipolar electric field space.
By applying this technology to human wellness, we believe it can help support a variety of health-related concerns.
How do I use DENBA Health?
Connect the main unit and mat with the white cable, plug the unit into a 100V outlet, and turn on the main unit. You can use it by sitting or lying on the mat. You may also feel its effect by being in the DENBA space even when your body is not in direct contact with the mat.
The DENBA mat is not receiving power.
Please check the cable connection. The cable between the mat and the main unit may not be fully connected. Refer to the video and push it in firmly until there is no gap.
What is the range of the DENBA space?
It may vary depending on conditions, but the DENBA space extends approximately 1 m to a maximum of 1.5 m from the edge of the mat, and approximately 1 m to a maximum of 1.5 m from the surface of the mat.
For DENBA Mobile, the DENBA space is approximately 0.5 m to a maximum of 1.0 m.
While using DENBA Health, the vibrating sensation started to feel weaker.
Is this a malfunction?
DENBA Health is a health device that supports wellness by causing microscopic vibration of water molecules in the human body within the space, so the surface-level vibrating sensation is not related to DENBA's function and is not a malfunction. Please rest assured.
DENBA Health gently emits positive and negative electrodes into the air from the mat, along with the same 50Hz/60Hz ultra-low frequency as a household outlet.
One of DENBA's features is that it is very gentle and places little burden on the body so that it can be used comfortably by everyone from small children to older adults.
Therefore, some people may feel a vibrating sensation depending on the installation environment, such as room humidity, the user's moisture level or skin oils, or if iron objects are nearby.
Since it is uncommon to feel something physically, please check whether electricity is flowing using the included voltage detector.
How to use the voltage detector
The voltage detector included with the product is for checking operation. Hold it about 10 cm above the DENBA mat.
If it beeps and lights red, DENBA is operating normally.
It is not used to measure the range of the DENBA space.
What effects can I expect?
By being in the DENBA space, the product supports wellness by vibrating water molecules in the body.
Sleeping in the DENBA space helps support comfortable, restful sleep and a refreshed feeling upon waking, which may also support beauty, wellness, and aging care.

Does the output voltage differ depending on the number of DENBA mats connected?
The output voltage value may differ, but the voltage is not simply divided evenly according to the number of connected mats. Please rest assured that this does not affect the function of DENBA Health.

I developed a rash or itching after using DENBA Health. Is this a problem?
This may occur in people who are sensitive to DENBA.
Reactions vary by individual, but temporary discomfort, heaviness, rash, or itching may occur when using DENBA.
Please stop using DENBA until the rash or itching subsides.
After that, keep some distance from the DENBA mat, use it as a DENBA space, and allow your body to get used to DENBA for about one week.
How to use the DENBA space
Lift the mattress, place the DENBA mat on the bed frame, then put the mattress on top so that your body does not directly touch the DENBA mat.
The effective range of the DENBA space is 1 m to 1.5 m.
If you feel well after using it for about one week, we recommend continuing to use it as a DENBA space.
Can I customize it according to my health condition?
Product specifications cannot be customized. However, you can adjust how you use it by changing the distance from the DENBA space according to your condition.
Are there people who should not use this product?
Do not use this product if you use any of the following medical electrical devices:
Implantable medical electrical devices (e.g., pacemakers)
Wearable medical electrical devices (e.g., electrocardiographs)
Can I use it if I have an artificial joint or metal in my body?
People using medical electrical devices such as pacemakers or electrocardiographs cannot use it, but those with artificial joints or metal in the body can use it.
How should I maintain it?
If the surface of the main unit becomes dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth.
Dry the electric potential mat in a well-ventilated shaded area for about 30 minutes, once or twice a week.
If the electric potential mat becomes dirty, wipe it lightly with water or soak-wash it to remove dirt.
The mat portion can be washed by hand. However, please be careful not to get the socket area wet.
Water droplets on the socket area may cause a malfunction. Since this is an electrical product, use it only after it is completely dry.
A dedicated waterproof cover is available for purchase.
I felt a tingling sensation when touching my smartphone while using DENBA Health.
Is this a problem?
Because it is a weak electric potential space, you may feel electricity when using a mobile phone or smartphone while it is charging. There is no problem with the product. However, when using a smartphone or other plugged-in electrical device within the DENBA space, touching areas where internal electronic parts are not fully covered, such as the smartphone microphone area or PC vents, may cause a tingling sensation due to a potential difference, so please be careful.
Is there any negative effect on the body if I use it 24 hours a day?
Yes, it can be used 24 hours a day. DENBA Health is a wellness device designed to be used comfortably by everyone from small children to older adults.
Is it okay if babies or pets are nearby?
It can also be used around babies and pets.
How can I use it in a car?
Cars generally use direct current, while DENBA uses alternating current.
Therefore, please use an in-vehicle inverter that converts direct current to alternating current.
*For safety, avoid using it while driving. Always use it while the vehicle is stopped.
