One main unit with two discharge plates can support up to 40 liters.

How long should I wait after turning it on before use?
It can be used immediately.
Can it be used with countertop fryers?
It may not be possible to install it in small fryers of 8 liters or less, so please contact us.
How should I clean it?
Leave the discharge plates attached to the bottom mesh and scrub them with a sponge, or place them in a dishwasher as they are.
Can it be used with a fryer that does not have a bottom mesh?
Sorry, it cannot be used.
